Personal Information for Order Processing

Credit card and personal information which is requested for ordering and billing purposes may be shared with credit card processing companies specifically to process orders. No such personal information will be stored within any of the systems at WestCAM Solutions.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations will be refunded if requested eight days or more before the official start date of the course. Cancellations requested seven days or less before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund. To cancel and receive a refund contact admin@westcam.com or call administration at 1-888-530-6068.

Appropriate security safeguards are used to protect the users’ personal information from theft and unauthorized access. Any personal information provided to WestCAM is exchanged on a secure server, using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt or encode information sent to us for order processing. The encryption process protects information such as credit card numbers, and billing and shipping information by scrambling it before it is sent from our clients’ computer. Only once the information has been received and secured is it decoded. All reasonable efforts are made to ensure security on our systems.

Business Contact Information

WestCAM uses a contact management system database (CRM) to keep track of its large number of customers and respective contact data. As such, we store information such as business contact names, phone numbers, email addresses etc. Our customers may disallow us from maintaining their contact information by sending a request to info@westcam.com.
